The Stream Head – Digital Products & Design is a visionary leader driving the Product Development Lifecycle for the largest multi-vertical digital platform in the region under SimCare, Lifestyle, and Social domains. Championing Product-Led Growth (PLG), this leader focuses on value-driven features and seamless user experiences to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion, shaping the future of digital engagement and business success.

What does Stream Head Digital Products & Design do?

• Drive the end-to-end digital product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring continuous optimization and growth.
• Define and align the product vision, strategy, and roadmap with business objectives and market needs
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of digital product managers and a UX designer to deliver innovative and user-centric solutions
• Utilize advanced product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Firebase, Google Analytics) to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product success
• Enhance AdTech capabilities and strengthen our position in the digital ecosystem by building strong relationships with media houses and advertisers.
• Establish strategic partnerships with a diverse range of lifestyle partners, leading negotiations and finalizing commission models.
• Design and implement A/B tests to identify efficient product journeys
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to facilitate seamless agile development processes, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
• Analyze user behavior and consumption data from internal and external sources to inform product decisions and strategic improvements
• Oversee operational go-to-market activities, leveraging digital marketing techniques to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Implement engagement tools and strategies to reduce churn, audit marketing campaigns, and evaluate performance for continuous optimization
• Monitor and act on customer feedback using business analytics to refine platform strategies and enhance the user experience
• Ensure thorough project reporting, including financial updates, for both internal and external stakeholders, maintaining transparency and accountability

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Stream Head Digital Products & Design?

A solid track record in digital product management and UX design

Deep understanding of user behavior and customer needs in the digital landscape

A strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively

Good understanding of Payment Gateways and Mini App Ecosystem

A proactive and collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment

Data analysis and exploration including research

Basic knowledge of technical architecture and APIs

Strong Business Acumen

Prior experience of launching zero-to-one products and scaling them to achieve significant user adoption and business impact.

Excellent Story-telling and Presentation Skills

Hands-on experience in Product Development, Digital Marketing, and Analytical Tools

Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/computer science or a similar degree

8+ years of experience in the digital products industry
