About the role

The Strategy Lead will play a critical role in supporting our organization's decision-making process. We're seeking a highly analytical individual to join our team. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our company's future by analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and developing strategic plans.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and data analysis to identify opportunities and threats
• Develop strategic plans to drive business growth
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
• Collaborate with senior management to align strategic initiatives
• Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary data
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

You must have

• 2-3 years of experience in strategy analysis or related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
• Strong understanding of business operations and processes

Bonus points if you have

• Experience in a cross-functional team environment
• Familiarity with strategic planning and analysis
