Job Brief:
A Strategy Analyst is responsible for analyzing market trends, business performance, and competitive landscapes to develop data-driven strategies that drive company growth. They work closely with leadership to provide insights, optimize operations, and support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Squad Responsibilities
- Monitor and follow up on squad targets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Audit squad documentation for clarity, accuracy, and compliance with timelines and predefined goals.
- Measure and analyze the impact of each squad’s initiatives, providing actionable feedback to enhance outcomes.
Business Impact Analysis:
- Assess the potential business impact of proposed strategic goals and initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior management to make data-driven decisions based on impact analysis.
- Measure the actual impact of implemented strategies and strategic goal fulfillment, ensuring continuous improvement.
Business Gap Analysis and Solutioning:
- Collaborate with the Head of Strategy to identify gaps in business operations and propose practical, high-impact solutions.
- Quantify and analyze the impact of proposed solutions on overall business performance.
- Assist in implementing solutions across relevant teams, ensuring seamless execution.
- Monitor and measure the success of implemented solutions, recommending adjustments as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with different departments to gather insights and ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between squads and senior management to drive synergy.
- Support the development of tools and processes to streamline the execution of strategic initiatives.
Strategic Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular reports on squad performance, business impact analysis, and solution success metrics.
- Develop dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against strategic goals.
- Provide recommendations to senior leadership based on insights from data analysis and operational reviews.
