Job Brief:


A Strategy Analyst is responsible for analyzing market trends, business performance, and competitive landscapes to develop data-driven strategies that drive company growth. They work closely with leadership to provide insights, optimize operations, and support strategic decision-making.


Responsibilities:


Squad Responsibilities


  • Monitor and follow up on squad targets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Audit squad documentation for clarity, accuracy, and compliance with timelines and predefined goals.
  • Measure and analyze the impact of each squad’s initiatives, providing actionable feedback to enhance outcomes.

Business Impact Analysis:


  • Assess the potential business impact of proposed strategic goals and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to make data-driven decisions based on impact analysis.
  • Measure the actual impact of implemented strategies and strategic goal fulfillment, ensuring continuous improvement.

Business Gap Analysis and Solutioning:


  • Collaborate with the Head of Strategy to identify gaps in business operations and propose practical, high-impact solutions.
  • Quantify and analyze the impact of proposed solutions on overall business performance.
  • Assist in implementing solutions across relevant teams, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Monitor and measure the success of implemented solutions, recommending adjustments as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:


  • Partner with different departments to gather insights and ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between squads and senior management to drive synergy.
  • Support the development of tools and processes to streamline the execution of strategic initiatives.

Strategic Reporting:


  • Prepare and present regular reports on squad performance, business impact analysis, and solution success metrics.
  • Develop dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against strategic goals.
  • Provide recommendations to senior leadership based on insights from data analysis and operational reviews.
