Job Title: Strategic Assistant to CEO / Chief of Staff / Sr, Executive assistant
Location: Hybrid,  I-9/2, Islamabad
Reports to: CEO
Timings: 6 PM - 3 AM, Pakistan Standard Time

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and process-oriented Strategic Assistant to the CEO to support business acquisition initiatives and operational efficiency. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage business acquisition processes, and the capability to maintain and streamline information through a CRM system. The candidate will also liaise with brokers handling businesses for sale in the United States and ensure smooth communication. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach:
    • Identify and generate leads through off-market, brokered, and proprietary channels.
    • Use LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other outreach tools to connect with potential partners, investors, and business opportunities.
    • Manage and track leads throughout the entire lead cycle, from initial outreach to conversion.
  • CRM Management:
    • Maintain and update the CRM (HubSpot or similar) to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and follow up effectively.
    • Ensure that CRM data is accurate, organized, and up-to-date, providing insights into deal flow and outreach success.
  • Project Coordination & Strategy Support:
    • Support the CEO in managing multiple strategic projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
    • Coordinate the preparation of key business documents, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Meeting & Calendar Management:
    • Schedule and manage meetings with internal teams, external partners, and potential leads.
    • Organize and prioritize the CEO’s calendar to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Travel & Logistics Management:
    • Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for the CEO and leadership team.
  • Administrative & Document Support:
    • Assist with preparing and organizing reports, memos, presentations, and other business documents.
    • Handle day-to-day administrative support for the CEO, including managing emails and correspondence.
Experience:
  • 5+ years in a business support or administrative role, ideally with experience in lead generation, sales, or outreach across off-market, brokered, and proprietary channels.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and managing sales cycles and outreach strategies.
Qualification:
  • BBA or MBA from a reputable institution
