We are seeking an experienced Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our storage products including Network File System. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our storage products, driving innovation and ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams—such as engineering, design, marketing, and customer support—to deliver solutions that empower our customers. Your insights will help us anticipate market trends and customer needs, allowing us to stay ahead in a competitive landscape. What You'll Be Doing:
  • Defining the Product Vision: Develop and drive the roadmap for our storage services, aligning with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and other product teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer requirements, and competitive positioning.
  • Customer Engagement: Gather feedback from users and translate insights into actionable product enhancements.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop launch plans and promotional activities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track product performance metrics to ensure product success and inform future developments.
What We'll Expect From You:
  • Experience: 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in cloud services related to storage technologies.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of storage solutions, including block, file, and object storage.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think big-picture while managing detailed execution.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored to various audiences.
  • Customer Focus: Passion for understanding and solving customer problems.
