Job Description:
- Design and deliver compelling training content for group sessions.
- Develop voice-over scripts and oversee training manuals (hard/soft copies, videos).
- Collaborate with the Training & Development (T&D) team to align programs with company standards.
- Strategize and execute the training calendar (monthly and annually).
- Conduct Training Need Assessments (TNA) to bridge organizational skill gaps.
- Manage, monitor, and optimize the training budget.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and operations for both internal and external training programs.
- Organize materials and certificates while ensuring accurate training records.Qualification & Experience:
- Education: Bachelors degree in HRM, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: 13 years in consultancy, education, or corporate training.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and animations.
- Creative prowess for engaging content conceptualization.
- Strong command of English and Urdu.
