Key Responsibilities:


Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget allocation.


Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently and effectively to ensure project tasks are completed on schedule.


Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.


Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.


Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.


Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and track budget utilization throughout the project lifecycle.


Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.


Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources, ensuring that all changes are documented and approved.


Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address project issues, working with stakeholders to find timely and effective solutions.


Client Satisfaction: Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.


Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.


Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct post-project reviews to assess project performance, identify lessons learned, and make recommendations for future improvements.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in CS and IT, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.


3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager.


Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.


Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira).


Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.


Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles.


Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

Experience: 3 + years
Work Timings: 9 AM - 6PM
Work Days: Monday - Friday
Work Mode: Onsite
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
