The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP development, experience with microservices, REST APIs, and frameworks such as Laravel/Lumen. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications.Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using PHP- Work with microservices, REST APIs, and frameworks such as Laravel/Lumen- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements- Develop and maintain unit tests and perform test-driven development (TDD)- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement new technologies and processes.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field- At least 7 years of related professional experience- Experience with PHP up to version 7.4- Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and frameworks such as Laravel/Lumen- Experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD)- Excellent communication skills- Experience with database management systems such as SQL, MySQL, MariaDB, and PostgreSQL- Experience with Git and SVN source controlNice-to-Have:- Experience developing complex web applications or software as a service (SaaS)- Experience working in a Linux environment- Experience with JavaScript (jQuery), Ajax, JSON, and XML- Familiarity with build tools and continuous integration (Ant, Jenkins)- Familiarity with simple web services (REST, XML-RPC, SOAP)- Familiarity with HTML5 and CSS3- Familiarity with Message Bus (RabbitMQ/Redis)Other Details:
