Job Description

Job Purpose


To ensure quality compliance during operations to support producing quality products with respect to GSK and Regulatory specifications and thrive continuous improvement in processes.


Education, Experience & Skills


  • M. SC chemistry, Pharm. D


  • Minimum 3 - 5 years prior experience


  • Computer literacy, minimum to access and utilize emails for official correspondence


  • Use of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at least to a moderate level


  • Experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment


  • Use of SAP system.


Key responsibilities


  • Ensure products are manufactured and released according to GSK specifications, QMS and EHS requirements.


  • Collect, generate and archive Quality core processes data and documentation as per QMS requirements i.e. Temperature records and appendices of retention stores.


  • Ensure GMP and EHS standards continuously follow-on production floor.


  • Support FLL OQ to manage Operational Quality activities and implement site strategies within the scope of Quality function. 


  • Ensure engagement in inspection readiness activity at sites, Management monitoring & IBM audits.


  • Ensure CoAs generation and management.


  • Ensure document retention stores management.


  • To perform IPC, area line clearance and challenge tests in day/night shifts.


  • Ensure batch document compilation, its review and release on timely manner.
