Job Role:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans to ensure successful project delivery.
- Team Management: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, developers, and designers, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- IoT Technology Expertise: Provide technical guidance and expertise on IoT technologies, including device management, data analytics, and cloud platforms.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members.
- Budgeting and Cost Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, and implement quality control processes to identify and mitigate defects.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve project management processes, tools, and techniques to ensure best practices are adopted.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years of experience in IoT project management.
- Strong knowledge of IoT technologies, including device management, data analytics, and cloud platforms.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
Nice to Have:
1. Experience with IoT platforms: Experience with IoT platforms, such as AWS IoT, Google Cloud IoT Core, or Microsoft Azure IoT Hub.
2. Knowledge of AI/ML: Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in IoT projects.
3. Experience with DevOps: Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes.
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Timings: 10AM - 6PM
