About the job Sr. HR Executive Consultancy
We are looking for a skilled HR professional to support our consultancy business by managing client relationships, ensuring timely project delivery, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HR consulting, organizational development, and strategic HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee consultancy projects, ensuring timely execution and high client satisfaction.
- Identify business opportunities, generate leads, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Develop consulting reports, HR policy manuals, job evaluation frameworks, and restructuring plans.
- Conduct research on the latest HR and OD trends to enhance consulting solutions.
- Collaborate with the consulting team for knowledge-sharing and skill development.
- Manage client expectations and promote technology-based HR products.
- Handle special projects assigned by the Regional Head of Consultancy.
Requirements:
- Education: BBA/MBA in HR (preferred)
- Certifications: CIPD, SHRM, or JE (a plus)
- Experience: 3+ years in HR, with 12 years in HR consulting (HRBP experience is a plus)
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Female Preferred.
