Sr. Executive Internal Audit

HRSI is currently hiring for the role of "Sr. Executive Internal Audit" for one of the leading Consumer Goods Distribution network across Pakistan.
The ideal candidate is an experienced internal auditor with strong analytical skills and is ready to travel extensively across Pakistan for audit purposes.

Job Title: Sr. Executive Internal Audit
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
Industry: Consumer Distributions Network
Location: Karachi
Education: ACCA/MBA Finance/M.Com/CA Intermediate (CAF Qualified) or equivalent.
Experience: 2-3 Years of relevant experience

Experience Required:

• Ability and willingness to travel frequently across Pakistan for audit purpose.
• Significant experience in internal auditing, with a strong understanding of financial and operational processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough audits of financial and operational processes across various IBL branches in Pakistan.
• Evaluate internal controls and ensure they are effective and aligned with company policies and objectives.
• Analyze financial statements and operational data to identify areas of risk and inefficiency.
• Ensure that all processes comply with internal policies and external regulations.
• Monitor adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
• Identify gaps in compliance and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Develop actionable audit reports with clear, practical recommendations for process improvements.
• Collaborate with branch management to implement audit recommendations and track progress.
