Overview Monthly closing and reporting of Multan snacks plant operations as per BU deadline. Support Supply Chain Controller in implementing Controls agenda. Ensure vendor payments of OGS, utilities and labor as per schedule along with monitoring of OCF . Provide COGS and MOH analysis to SC controller and plant management. Responsibilities Timely and accurately month end closing and reporting Review of GRIR, AP, Accruals & AR and clearing long outstanding items MOH variance analysis and review with SC Controller Review of monthly flash Review of CWIP and capex schedules Approval of Blackline schedules Review of closing deck and variance analysis of COGS Approval of JVs and FI documents in SAP Approval of vendor payments batches as per payment calendar Quarterly review of balance sheet schedules Approval of direct material purchase orders in SAP Review of CARs in BPM Review of agreements related to OGS and capex Approval of vendor master data before opening of new code in SAP/myBUY Approval of new inventory code before opening in SAP Review of vendor reconciliation and resolution of differences Providing plant payments forecast to Planning team and ensuring actual payments as per forecast Review of statutory audit schedules before submission to auditors Self-testing of GCS key controls. Mitigation of risks identified during process review with control owners Development of Multan Finance team while keeping them engaged and motivated To do any other task as assigned by Manager or Controller from time to time Any other ad-hoc projects as per business requirement Qualifications Qualifications: ACA/ACCA/ ACMA/MBA Experience: 8+ Years in Controls/ Reporting/ Planning
