We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

• The job holder is responsible for technical delivery of 24x7 production support to MSSQL, SAP Sybase databases, Windows server administration and work as a Subject Matter Expert for the production support team.
• Identify automation and Self-Healing opportunities and develop automation to reduce manual efforts and standardize processes.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis and suggest permanent fixes.
• Investigate and provide solutions to database performance related issues, query tuning knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Lead Database team in crisis calls, participate in PIR, MIR and SIP calls and also mentor team members.
• Expertise in maintaining complex High Availability & Replication setups.
