With an aim to become number one construction chemical company in Pakistan, Sika Pakistan opened its head office in Lahore with regional offices in Karachi, Islamabad and Faisalabad. Simultaneously, Sika Pakistan also launched its manufacturing facility in Lahore during the first year of the start of operations in Pakistan to facilitate its customer needs. 



Job Description

Responsibility:  


  • Coordinating, overseeing, and carrying out a variety of responsibilities, such as choosing materials, offering more thorough consultations, speaking with architects or contractors.  


  • Promote Sika’s products . 


  • Dealing with customers demands and expectations via negotiation.  


  • Provide a range of Information, specification submittals , technical reports, information on regulations, details of tests and certifications, installation guidelines, pricing and availability.  


  • Invest time in creating and maintaining strong customer connections in addition to creating and chasing new leads.  


  • Writing and maintaining accurate records and documentation in Excel and Salesforce CRM . These might comprise sales and target records, client and project data, quotes, and growth opportunities.  


  • Attendance at sales and planning meetings, presentations, seminars, site meetings, and industry exhibitions.  


  • Customer Complaint Handling. 


Knowledge Skills, and Abilities:  


  • Knowledge of creating sales forecasts, identifying new areas of growth, and accurately analyzing sales performance data.  


  • In-depth knowledge of the market, Sika's products and their application, and be able to relate this to health and safety standards, environmental considerations, and quality requirements.  


  • Excellent time management and planning skills  


  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills  


  • Flexible about working hours, travel and being away from home.  


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  


  • Innovative, a strong analytical mind  


  • Results-focused, driven, dynamic and tenacious.  


  • Ability to work as a team  


  • Possessing proficiency with a variety of software programs, such as Office 365 (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), Salesforce etc.  



Qualifications

BE Civil / BS Architecture Engineering / bachelor’s in architecture design with 1 to 2 years of experience in sales
