What is Specialist ND Budgeting, Inventory and Projects?
The Specialist ND Budgeting, Inventory and Projects is responsible for overseeing end to end financial processes for technology Core domain to support Jazz’s business continuity. This role involves budget control, end to end ordering, capitalization, and issuance tracking, keeping projects progress update, payments processing, and creating reporting dashboard.
What does Specialist ND Budgeting, Inventory and Projects do?
- Manage the entire procurement lifecycle from request initiation to order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with vendors, procurement teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor and track budget allocations, ensuring expenditures remain within approved limits.
- Validate and process invoices for non-PO-based operational expenses.
- Collaborate with the technical budgeting and accounts payable teams for payments and to resolve discrepancies ensuring compliance with company policies and financial controls.
- Oversee inventory tracking and ensure proper capitalization of assets. Coordinate with Business Partners, Inventory and operations teams to align asset management with financial reporting while ensuring accurate documentation of inventory movements and valuations.
- Support to conduct thorough assessments of business partners to ensure financial and operational viability
- Develop and maintain dashboards to provide real-time insights into financial and operational performance.

Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with Master in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, budgeting, financial operations, and project management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial reporting and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), procurement platforms and processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of financial processes, controls, and risk management principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the telecommunications or IT industry preferably Cellular Core background .
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Finance (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
