Reporting to the Communication Unit Team Leader, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality customer service and enhancing customer satisfaction.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:1. Customer Query Resolution: · Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints received via email channels, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and timely resolution. · Adhere to established service level agreements and key performance indicators to meet or exceed performance targets for productivity and quality. 2. Quality Assurance and Compliance: · Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism in all customer interactions, adhering to company policies, procedures, and service standards. · Conduct regular self-assessments to ensure compliance with quality and performance metrics and make improvements as needed. 3. Process Improvement and Efficiency Enhancement: · Contribute ideas for process improvements and efficiency enhancements to streamline customer service delivery and improve productivity. · Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge related to email communication and customer service. 4. Collaboration and Teamwork: · Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to address customer issues and improve overall service delivery. · Share best practices and lessons learned with the team to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement. 5. Customer Experience Enhancement: · Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and effective communication skills in all customer interactions to ensure positive customer experiences. · Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and exceed customer expectations, contributing to improved customer satisfaction and loyalty.
