Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our dynamic team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices. This role requires a highly analytical and strategic individual who can work collaboratively with both technical and business teams to design optimal solutions and guide the technical implementation process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Architecture:

  
  

• Analyze business needs and develop comprehensive, end-to-end technology solutions that align with company goals.

  
  

• Design scalable, secure, and reliable architectures for applications, data, and infrastructure.

  
  

• Ensure alignment of architectural solutions with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.

  
  

Technical Leadership:

• Lead and mentor technical teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring solutions are implemented effectively and efficiently.

  
  

• Provide hands-on technical guidance and support for the development, integration, and deployment of solutions.

  
  

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any architectural issues that arise during development or deployment.

  
  

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and present solution designs.

  
  

• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and project managers to ensure solutions meet business needs.

  
  

• Ensure communication between business and technology stakeholders is clear and solutions are aligned with business objectives.

  
  

Technology Evaluation & Selection:

• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for solution implementation.

  
  

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in software architecture, development, and cloud solutions.

  
  

Documentation & Compliance:

• Create and maintain detailed solution architecture documents, technical diagrams, and other project-related documentation.

  
  

• Ensure all solutions are compliant with regulatory requirements and adhere to security best practices.

  
  

Key Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

  
  

• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in solution architecture, with proven success in delivering large-scale, enterprise-level solutions.

  
  

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in architectural frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).

  
  

• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and hybrid environments.

  
  

• Knowledge of microservices architecture, API management, and DevOps practices.

  
  

• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python) and database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).

  
  

• Experience with software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

  
  

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  
  

• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

  
  

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and align technology with business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in cloud architecture (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect).

  
  

• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
