We are seeking an experienced and innovative .NET Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using the Microsoft .NET technology stack. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, software development best practices, and the ability to align technology solutions with business goals. What you will do:
● Respond to helpdesk inquiries and resolve technical issues efficientl including tasks like password resets, assigning licenses, and troubleshooting user access problems.
● Manage IT asset inventory, including computers and peripherals.
● Collaborate with HR on onboarding and offboarding processes.
● Administer and maintain company tools (e.g., Google Admin Console, JumpCloud, Atlassian Suite, Slack).
● Provide onsite support for office events as needed
