We are seeking a skilled Developer with expertise in the Finance and Accounting domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background combined with foundational knowledge of financial and accounting principles. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining fintech applications, managing metadata structures, handling ETL processes, ensuring data integrity, and integrating financial systems.
Develop, enhance, and maintain finance and accounting applications based on business requirements.
Design and manage metadata, including dimensions, attributes, and hierarchies.
Perform ETL processes to prepare and validate data files.
Load and verify financial data while ensuring accuracy and integrity.
Develop and maintain web forms, reports, and interactive dashboards.
Design and execute UAT test scripts to validate system functionality.
Prepare technical documentation and user training materials.
Collaborate with business analysts and finance teams to gather requirements and optimize solutions.
Support system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and perform performance tuning.
Integrate fintech applications with external systems as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in development and system administration.
Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data integration.
Strong understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles.
Experience in finance and accounting reporting, dashboards, and workflow automation.
Proficiency in SQL, VB.NET, or other scripting languages is a plus.
Familiarity with Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Essbase, or Oracle EPM Cloud is advantageous but not mandatory.
Experience with OneStream is a significant plus but not required.
