Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity. Be involved in key decision-making processes and collaborate with multiple teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the team in implementing innovative solutions. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manhattan Warehouse Solutions Technical. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle. - Experience in configuring and customizing software systems. - Knowledge of technologies and tools used in software development. - Hands-on experience in end-to-end software development projects. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Manhattan Warehouse Solutions Technical. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
