Job Description

We are looking for a Software Analyst with 0-6 months of experience. This role will contribute within the evolving landscape of the Digital Web and Apps platform, working alongside the backend platform to orchestrate and facilitate reliable customer experience. You will work alongside the Web team, App team, CRM, Post Pay and Omni Core teams ensuring cohesive functionality and integration across platforms. This role provides a unique opportunity to grow in the field of web and app development, with a focus on leveraging modern frameworks, tools, and technologies to deliver impactful digital solutions in the telecommunications industry.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Web and App development teams to design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient solutions.
Work with backend teams to orchestrate reliable APIs and integrations that enhance the overall customer experience.
Assist in ensuring seamless communication between the Digital Web platform and CRM, Post Pay, and Omni Core systems.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and optimization efforts to maintain high-quality standards.
Stay updated with the latest trends in web and mobile app technologies to contribute to the evolution of the platform.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
0-6 months of experience in software development.
Basic understanding of frontend and/or backend development technologies such as ReactJS, Node.js, ReactNative, or equivalent.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, database systems, and version control tools like Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies.
Exposure to Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to Scrum methodologies and the ability to work in an Agile environment.
Experience with JIRA for task tracking and project management is a plus.

This is a 6-month contractual opportunity leading to job based on performance.
