a Social Media Manager at Cloudpso, you will be responsible for managing and
growing our social media presence while also producing engaging video content
that reflects our brand’s vision and technological expertise. You’ll work
closely with our marketing and creative teams to craft compelling narratives
that resonate with our audience and support our strategic objectives.Key
Responsibilities:
Social
Media Strategy & Management:
- Develop
and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that increases brand
awareness, drives engagement, and supports Cloudpso’s business objectives.
- Manage
daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement across key platforms
(Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms).
- Monitor
social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster a vibrant,
engaged online community.
Content
Creation & Video Production:
- Conceptualize,
plan, and produce high-quality video content, including short-form clips, live
sessions, product demos, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Handle
end-to-end video production—from brainstorming and storyboarding to filming,
editing, and post-production—using tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro,
or similar software.
- Collaborate
with the creative team to ensure that video content aligns with Cloudpso’s
brand guidelines and messaging.
Campaign
Development & Execution:
- Plan
and launch integrated marketing campaigns that combine organic social posts, paid
initiatives, and email campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate
with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, design, and email/SMEs) to
align messaging, visuals, and strategies, ensuring consistency and impact across social media, email, and other channels
- Own
end-to-end email campaign execution, including segmentation, A/B testing,
content creation, and performance analysis, while integrating email tactics
with broader campaign goals.
Analytics
& Reporting:
- Monitor
and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.)
using social media analytics tools.
- Generate
regular reports with actionable insights to refine content strategy and improve
future campaigns.
Trend
Monitoring & Innovation:
- Stay
current on emerging social media trends, best practices, and new technologies,
especially in video content creation.
- Experiment
with innovative content ideas and creative formats to keep Cloudpso at the
forefront of digital engagement.
Requirements- Bachelor’s
degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 7+
years of experience in social media management, demonstrating a successful
track record in building and engaging communities.
- Proven
experience in video production and editing, with a portfolio showcasing
previous work.
- Proficiency
with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and
video editing software.
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong
analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
accordingly.
- Self-motivated,
creative, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced
environment.
Preferred
Skills:
- Experience
with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
- Familiarity
with SEO, content marketing, and paid social media advertising.
- Knowledge
of cloud technologies and the digital transformation landscape.
