Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with global brand objectives, focusing on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing social media team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Content Creation & Curation: Oversee the creation of engaging and high-quality content (text, images, videos) optimized for each platform, reflecting the brand's voice and resonating with the sports audience.
- Community Management: Develop and implement community-based social media management strategies, actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and building a strong online community.
- Influencer Marketing: Identify, build relationships with, and manage relevant sports influencers to amplify brand messaging and reach new audiences.
- Platform Management: Manage and maintain brand presence across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring consistent branding and optimal performance.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and generate reports on social media performance. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize strategies.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms, adapting strategies accordingly and capitalizing on new opportunities.
- Multimedia Planning & Execution: Develop and execute multimedia-based content plans, incorporating various formats and leveraging platform-specific best practices.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams (e.g., marketing, content, partnerships,incfluencers) to ensure consistent brand messaging and achieve shared goals.
