Job Description

As a Social Media Lead at AutoLeap, you will be responsible for helping the Digital Marketing Services team in ideating and executing the social media strategy for its clients. The ideal candidate for this role will have a deep passion for digital marketing, superior customer experience and entrepreneurship.

As a Social Media Marketing Lead, you will:


  • Contribute to the digital content relevant to various auto repair shops in North America.
  • Develop, design and distribute engaging content for various social media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
  • Write short content and captions and ensure that brand tonality is maintained for all creative assets.
  • Identify channels for enhancing media strategies by staying up-to-date with emerging trends and media-buying technologies.
  • Communicate and collaborate with other members of the marketing team.
  • Understand social media insights and provide suggestions for improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • At least 2 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • A strong understanding of various digital marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing with experience in at least two platforms (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability for your work.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
