Department Site Works
Position Site Works Specialist
Location Reko Diq Mine Site – Balochistan
Qualification Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Experience
  • Minimum 5-7 years of site works experience.
  • Specialized knowledge in earthworks and construction techniques.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in executing and planning projects of similar scales

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise for complex site works activities.
  • Develop and review work plans, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Analyze site conditions and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Environment policies and address non-compliance issues.
  • Look after the SITE Administration activities
  • Monitor KPIs of team and project timelines
  • Support team development through informal training and mentorship.
