Job Description

Position Site Works Lead
Location Reko Diq Mine Site – Balochistan
Qualification Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Experience
  • Minimum 10 years experience. 
  • Experience in resources or construction projects preferred

Requirements
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and oversee all site works, ensuring alignment with RDMC objectives.
  • Build collaborative relationships with key departments (Engineering, Operations, Safety, etc.).
  • Monitor and report departmental KPIs, addressing performance gaps.
  • Implement and improve business practices, ensuring adherence to change management programs.
  • Lead facilities, equipment, and infrastructure to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Environment policies and address non-compliance issues.
  • Lead the development and training of team members, supporting succession planning initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates to management on project progress and potential risks.
