Project Overview


The Gas Expansion Project focuses on increasing gas processing capacity from 60 MMSCFD to 120 MMSCFD. This includes system retrofits, compressor upgrades, and overall site integration.


Objective: The Site Supervisor will oversee on-site execution of the project, ensuring compliance with the contract scope, EHSS standards, and quality control. They will coordinate between contractor teams, the OEM, and the client to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.


Start Date: Immediate


Key Responsibilities:


  • On-Site Supervision: Oversee daily site activities, ensuring all tasks are executed according to the project scope and client standards.
  • Contractor Coordination: Serve as the point of contact between the OEM and contractor personnel (Site Resident, Safety Manager, Construction Control, and Logistics).
  • Project Tracking: Maintain daily project progress reports, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and any deviations are addressed immediately.
  • Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure that all work adheres to EHSS regulations and quality standards. Crosscheck all activities related to HSE, quality, and logistics.
  • Documentation:  Maintain updated project documents, including system drawings, construction progress reports, and tracking logs.
  • Client Interaction: Attend project meetings with the client and provide updates.

Qualifications:


  • Education:  Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Experience:  Minimum 2 years in site supervision, preferably in Oil & Gas projects.
  • Skills:  Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Other Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). English proficiency (Intermediate/Professional level).


Please note that this is a contractual role with a duration of 8 to 9 months, with the possibility of extension based on business requirements.
