About the role

As Site Quality Head, your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in upholding Reckitt's unwavering commitment to quality and compliance. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our quality strategy across the site, driving excellence in every aspect of our operations. Your meticulous oversight will guarantee the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficacy in our products to contribute in our mission to protect, heal, and nurture in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world.




Your responsibilities
  • Communicate with the region and develop strategies for achievement of KPIs / Global Quality Standards & other Quality related targets set for the year and ensure implementation
  • Develop site quality objectives consistent with site objectives and regional/global objectives
  • Ensuring that quality control procedures are in place and implemented for effectively managing customer complaints
  • Develop and maintain site quality budget and staffing to necessary levels to fulfil site quality responsibilities
  • Supervise subordinates to the extent of performance appraisal, selection, definition of responsibility, delegation of authority and setting of objectives
     


The experience we're looking for
  • Educated to Doctor of Pharmacy or master’s degree level in Pharmacy or Chemistry or microbiology, from a recognized university, additional qualification in field of business will be preferred.
  • 8+ years of total experience including managerial role in Quality Control / Quality Assurance in a pharmaceutical/ FMCG organization.
  • Sound Knowledge and experience of Drug Laws, Regulatory, cGMP, GLP, GDP Ouality System Auditing & Project management is essential.
  • Knowledge of all aspects relating to Quality Control and Assurance of Pharmaceutical Products
  • Good communication and Inter / Intra personal skills for effective cross discipline links within or outside the organization (local / region / regulators)
  • Leadership, strategic planning and management ability
