Position: Site Logistics Specialist

Location: Reko Diq Mine Site Balochistan

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in transportation management, logistics, project management, or similar preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years experience as a logistics/ transportation specialist in a related industry.

• Willingness to provide operational support outside of business hours.
• Willingness to travel out-station in case of cargo damage during accidents.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling transportation services and planning routes so that transporter is aware beforehand.
• Planning and managing logistics, transportation and custom related matters at site.
• Optimizing and coordinating full order cycle.
• Liaising and negotiating with warehouse team, transport team, customs official, logistics team and EPZA team at site.
• Ensure that all cargo entering the site is in proper condition and all documentation is in place.
• Processing transportation documentation and monitoring drivers' tracking.
• Ensure that KPIs provided to the transporter are met on a daily/ monthly basis.
• Developing, implementing, and improving transportation policies and procedures at site.
• Collaborating with internal departments to optimize transportation services.
• Evaluating driver performance, handling customer queries, and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
• Complying to transportation regulations and company policies.
