Job Description

Join us in Islamabad as a Shipper Experience Intern, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client service and resolving client issues effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with shippers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring streamlined complaint resolution to enhance productivity and efficiency.


What you will do:


  • Handle incoming complaints from clients, providing timely and effective resolutions.


  • Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to identify and resolve issues efficiently.


  • Forward client concerns to Operations and Sales Team efficiently and follow up to ensure successful resolution


  • Build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders


What we are looking for:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


  • Knowledge of customer service, support or related field


  • Understanding of logistics


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 


  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team


  • Familiarity with CRM and CMS systems and call center software
