We are currently seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist
In this role, you will:
- You will be responsible to fulfil the Service Now ITSO daily job taking care of ServiceNow Infra.
- You will be responsible for maintaining the latest versions of software and hardware, ensuring systems are patched and updated, and addressing issues that arise from these processes, while adhering to security and compliance standards in the ServiceNow platform.
- Should have experience installing Mid servers in the premise and configuring them to integrate.
- Ability to configure the firewall to ensure proper and secure access to the ServiceNow interfaces.
- Should have end to end understanding of ServiceNow Architecture.
- Should well versed on Monitoring tool and adjust firewall settings as needed to maintain optimal security
- Work with colleagues/stakeholders across geographies and time zones with a variety of teams.
- Should have prior experience dealing Release management across platform level.
- Conduct relevant Knowledge Sharing & Training sessions in English to develop skills of junior team members. Provide guidance to team members on day-to-day basis as required. Ensure appropriate document creation and maintenance to a high standard.
