YOUR TASKS


  • Provide great service to over-the-counter customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain effective relationships with customers while demonstrating outstanding customer service to enhance customer experience.
  • Contact existing and new customers to pursue sales leads.
  • Conclude sales orders to meet established revenue targets.
  • Ensure service point is organized and maintained as per 5S methodology.
  • Ensure the service point’s maintenance and housekeeping are up to DHL standards.

YOUR PROFILE


  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with at least 1-2 years experience in sales.
  • Strong interpersonal, business development, and selling skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to meet deadlines and targets in a challenging environment.
  • Able to work under pressure.
