We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Lead Consultant Specialist
In this role, you will:
- Accountable for Service Performance reporting for Technology Service Management within HSBC.
- Be the primary point of contact for the Global Head of Service Management for ad-hoc reporting relating to Service Performance, coordinating responses across Incident, Problem and Change Management processes.
- Accountable for the development and implementation of policies, standard operating procedures and strategy.
- Lead and develop a small team, ensuring they have the appropriate capabilities, skills and knowledge via training and other materials to deliver goals and objectives.
- Transform your team, moving them from producers of data to providers of insight.
- Build trust and rapport with stakeholders of all levels across Technology and provide support, guidance & direction.
- Ensure that regular metrics and reports are produced on time and with accuracy. Data we report goes to the Board of HSBC and to Regulatory Bodies, and is used to make decisions, so the importance of accuracy cannot be underestimated.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement (e.g. automate away TOIL).
- Provide self-service capabilities (e.g. Dashboards or report automation) with appropriate support for users.
