YOUR TASKS
- Administer IT infrastructure, systems plan, collect and collate field support data on performance of product/ equipment to identify issues and need for modifications.
- Run technologies such as operating systems, hardware, database, middleware, and production applications.
- Liaison with the procurement and vendors to manage IT Asset life cycle.
- Plan and execute servers’ deployments in cloud and hybrid infrastructures.
- Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions with the end users on new deployment related to the applications, tools, or any technical changes.
- Follow up with technical team for the service restoration, troubleshooting and SLA compliance.
- Comply with infrastructure standards provided or set by internal and global standards organizations.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s – preferable in IT related subject.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience preferably in logistics business.
- MCSE, ITIL & Project Management certifications would be an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
