Summary: As a Service Delivery Operations Lead, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations for client deals and delivery capabilities for a complex offering. You will own service quality, cost, and leadership of delivery teams, and contribute to solution development, growth, and sales. Your typical day will involve overseeing the operations of client deals, ensuring service quality and cost efficiency, leading and managing delivery teams, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive solution development and sales growth. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Manage end-to-end operations for client deals and delivery capabilities for a complex offering - Own service quality, cost, and leadership of delivery teams - Contribute to solution development, growth, and sales - Ensure efficient and effective delivery of services to clients - Oversee the operations of client deals, ensuring service quality and cost efficiency - Lead and manage delivery teams, providing guidance and support - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solution development and sales growth Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Delivery - Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies - Experience in managing end-to-end service delivery operations - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Ability to analyze complex problems and provide innovative solutions - Good To Have Skills: Experience with client relationship management - Experience in sales and business development - Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in service delivery Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Service Delivery - This position is based at our Hyderabad office - A 15 years full time education is required15 years full time education
