We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Project Manager.
In this role, you will:
- Manage a team of people who work as technical consultants on Workload Automation technologies of Control-M IWS, CA-7 etc.
- Drive key deliverables for the team in alignment with strategy for annual goals
- Performance management and evaluation against goals using metrics
- Collaborate with HSBC Internal Customers who use Workload Automation technologies Delivery.
- Develop regular engagement with our customers on service delivery feedback and continuous improvement
- Lead crisis calls during service Impacting Incidents and provide support which involves co-ordination with several Business and Support teams
- Act as Agile lead for team and help prioritize request backlogs and improve efficiency of team
- Data Analytical skills to drive decision making in accordance to value outcome to our customers.
- Drive improvements in the team by identifying toil in activties and processes and promote adoption of self-service offerings within our customers.
