Job Type: Part-Time, Remote
Timings: 08:00 PM - 12 AM (Pakistan Standard Time), Night shift
Position Overview:

We are looking for an SEO expert to lead our efforts in optimizing our digital presence and driving organic growth across all online channels. The ideal candidate must possess an in-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO. Moreover, they should have a proven track record of successfully executing SEO strategies across different industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and engagement.
• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify and target relevant search terms.
• Implement technical SEO strategies to optimize site performance.
• Evaluate user behavior to identify trends and patterns.
• Implement off-page optimization strategies (such as building high-quality backlinks and social media marketing) to ensure brand authority and relevance.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify ways of improving the company’s position in the market.
• Utilize relevant tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Moz, Semrush) for monitoring and analysis.
• Conduct comprehensive technical and on-page audits.
• Track key metrics and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of SEO initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with current SEO trends and industry developments to modify and refine strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 3-5 years as an SEO professional.
• Bachelor’s in Marketing or a relevant discipline.
• Industry-recognized SEO certifications (like from Google, HubSpot, Semrush etc.).
• Proficiency in tools and platforms like Google Keyword Planner, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Moz, Semrush etc.
• Solid grasp of semantic HTML and JavaScript.
• Experience with e-commerce web content management systems like Shopify.
• Deep understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing trends.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
