Key Responsibilities:
- SEO Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- On-Page Optimization:
- Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, URLs, and images, to ensure best SEO practices.
- Ensure content is optimized for search engines and aligned with the latest SEO trends.
- Off-Page Optimization:
- Develop and implement link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
- Monitor and manage backlink profiles to ensure a healthy link structure.
- Content Strategy:
- Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
- Develop content marketing strategies that align with SEO goals.
- Technical SEO:
- Perform technical audits to identify and fix issues affecting site performance.
- Work with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor, track, and report on SEO metrics and KPIs, including traffic, rankings, and conversions.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to analyze performance.
- Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and algorithm updates.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align SEO strategies with broader marketing goals.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to ensure cohesive execution of SEO strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush).
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), particularly WordPress.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus.
- Certification in SEO, Google Analytics, or other related fields.
