Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  1. SEO Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
    • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  2. On-Page Optimization:
    • Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, URLs, and images, to ensure best SEO practices.
    • Ensure content is optimized for search engines and aligned with the latest SEO trends.
  3. Off-Page Optimization:
    • Develop and implement link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
    • Monitor and manage backlink profiles to ensure a healthy link structure.
  4. Content Strategy:
    • Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
    • Develop content marketing strategies that align with SEO goals.
  5. Technical SEO:
    • Perform technical audits to identify and fix issues affecting site performance.
    • Work with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
  6. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Monitor, track, and report on SEO metrics and KPIs, including traffic, rankings, and conversions.
    • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to analyze performance.
  7. Competitive Analysis:
    • Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
    • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and algorithm updates.
  8. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align SEO strategies with broader marketing goals.
    • Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to ensure cohesive execution of SEO strategies.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush).
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), particularly WordPress.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus.
  • Certification in SEO, Google Analytics, or other related fields.
