Job Description
As SEO Executive at PakWheels.com, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, user acquisition, and retention through effective Search Engine Optimization strategies. You’ll be part of a dynamic SEO team, working closely with skilled SEOs while honing your skills in online advertising and contributing to our mission of establishing PakWheels as a top-of-mind brand in the automotive industry. This role is ideal for a passionate learner and a collaborative team player eager to grow in the field of SEO.
Responsibilities:
- Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented
- Work with editorial and other marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
- Conducting on-site and off-site analysis of web SEO competition.
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
- Weekly/Monthly reporting and formulating documents for the meetings
- Monitor the algorithms set by the search engines to keep up to date with changes
- Conduct technical audits of websites to identify SEO opportunities and issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Stay updated with industry trends, search engine algorithms, and SEO best practices, ensuring alignment with evolving search engine requirements and standards.
- Research and identify potential backlink opportunities on high-authority websites within our industry.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest blogging, partnerships, and other white-hat techniques.
- Use competitor insights to inform and optimize the overall SEO strategy.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 year of professional experience
- Have Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution
- Strong grasp on Excel / Google Sheets and an understanding of HTML layout & structures
- Computer Science background + MySQL experience would be a big plus
- Strong understanding of on-site and off-site SEO
- Familiar with Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, and Google Search Console
- Familiar with Ahrefs/Moz/SEMrush or similar tools
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent copywriting and reporting skills
- Analytical mindset
