Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing innovative user experiences, a strong understanding of modern design trends, and the ability to lead and collaborate on complex design projects. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive interfaces and crafting seamless user journeys across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process: Take ownership of the entire design lifecycle, from concept to final delivery, ensuring designs are user-centric and aligned with business goals.
• User Research & Testing: Conduct user research, usability tests, and interviews to gather insights and feedback that will inform the design process.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create detailed wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.
• UI/UX Design: Design visually appealing, accessible, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications while ensuring excellent user experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
• Design Strategy: Help define and drive a design vision and strategy for projects, aligning with both user needs and business objectives.
• Design Systems: Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
• Interaction Design: Design intuitive interactions and animations that enhance user experience and engagement.
• Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovations to the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing tools (e.g., InVision, Axure, Marvel).
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience designing for responsive web and mobile platforms (iOS, Android).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful UX/UI projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design ideas clearly.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and collaborative project management tools (e.g., Jira, You track ).

• Ability to lead design sprints and workshops.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based frameworks.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
