About the job Senior Training Executive -(H-470-03)
Job Responsibilities:
- Creating interesting and engaging training content for group's trainings.
- Developing voice over scripts .
- Training manual prints out and filling.
- Collaboration with the T&D Team.
- Proficiency and attention to detail.
- Prepare, control and track training budget
- Identification & designing of Training Need Assessment document for the organisation at Group level.
- Planning and Development of training calendar on monthly and annual basis.
- Design and prepare training content aligned with TNA, company standards, and competency frameworks; ensure completion of required programs.
- Maintain and update training manuals (soft copies, hard copies, videos) as per standards, with quarterly updates.
- Manage documentation and operations for internal/external training
- Arrange certificates and materials, ensuring training records are updated within given days of program completion.
- Ensure monthly execution of the training program as per the training calendar.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Relevant Majors in HRM, Marketing, etc.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience preferably in (consultancy/education/corporate)
- Skill-based experience ( such as Microsoft Animations, Power Point Animations, Creative Conceptualization & Good Command on English & Urdu etc)of working in relevant field.
