At Pavago, we're looking for a talented Senior Technical SEO Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in enhancing our online visibility and driving organic traffic to our platforms. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including conducting technical SEO audits, performing keyword research, optimizing content, and implementing strategies to improve our search engine rankings. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to conduct experiments and case studies to uncover new opportunities and optimize our tools for various purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Technical SEO Audits: Regularly perform in-depth technical SEO audits to identify issues such as site speed, crawl errors, broken links, duplicate content, and mobile usability. Implement necessary changes to improve overall website health and ensure optimal crawling and indexing by search engines.
• Keyword Research & Strategy Development: Conduct thorough keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, or SEMrush to identify high-value keywords that align with business goals. Develop and implement keyword strategies aimed at increasing organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and driving conversions.
• On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, metadata (title tags, meta descriptions), headers, internal links, image alt text, and URL structures to ensure each page is fully optimized for targeted keywords. Ensure the site structure is user-friendly and search-engine friendly to improve both UX and SEO performance.
• Off-Page Optimization: Develop and execute link-building strategies, including outreach to authoritative websites, guest blogging, and generating backlinks to enhance domain authority. Manage local SEO efforts by ensuring consistent and accurate NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) data across platforms like Google My Business.
• Website Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Use SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to regularly monitor and analyze website traffic, ranking performance, and user behaviour. Create detailed reports, share insights with stakeholders, and adjust strategies as needed based on performance data.
  

Required Experience & Skills

• Experience: Proven experience as a Technical SEO specialist with a knack for brining results through organic growth.
• Technical Proficiency: Proven experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and best practices for web standards, SEO, and accessibility.
