The Role –
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Senior Full Stack Developer (Lead) to join our fast-growing tech team in Pakistan. You’ll work on system enhancements, upgrades and develop new features on their Industrial IoT (Internet of Things) platform. You will also lead a small agile team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Technology Leadership:Define and drive the technical vision, architecture, and development of scalable, cloud-based IoT and AI solutions.
- Software Development:Oversee software design and development processes, ensuring high-quality code and best engineering practices.
- System Architecture:Design and maintain a robust, secure, and scalable architecture for ThingTrax’s digital solutions.
- Team Management:Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- DevOps & Security:Implement CI/CD pipelines, enhance security measures, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Performance Optimization:Ensure system reliability, performance tuning, and effective monitoring.
- Technology Evaluation:Stay ahead of emerging technologies and recommend suitable tools and frameworks for development.
- Strategic Planning:Align technology strategy with business goals and drive digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications:- Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong proficiency incloud platforms(AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience withmicroservices architectureand API design.
