Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for supporting the recruitment strategy to help to achieve the desired recruitment goals and will deliver  full life-cycle recruiting.


Responsibilities:


  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, job applications and performing phone screenings
  • Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions and position requirements
  • Perform reference checks as needed
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
  • Manage onboarding and new hire process
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
  • Manage the overall interview, selection and closing process
  • Ensure all screening, hiring and selection is done according to employment laws and regulations

What We’re Looking for:


  • 1 - 2 year of solid Talent Acquisition experience and has hired for diverse and challenging roles
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong people management skills
  • Ability to manage detailed understanding of current and future talent is needed to support the strategy of assigned functions
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Should have prior experience of working on an applicant tracking system
