The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for supporting the recruitment strategy to help to achieve the desired recruitment goals and will deliver full life-cycle recruiting.
Responsibilities:
Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, job applications and performingphone screenings
Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions and position requirements
Perform reference checks as needed
Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
Manage onboarding and new hire process
Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
Manage the overall interview, selection and closing process
Ensure all screening, hiring and selection is done according to employment laws and regulations
What We’re Looking for:
1 - 2 year of solid Talent Acquisition experience and has hired for diverse and challenging roles
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong people management skills
Ability to manage detailed understanding of current and future talent is needed to support the strategy of assigned functions
Strong problem-solving skills
Should have prior experience of working on an applicant tracking system
