JOB TITLE: Senior Systems Engineer

PURPOSE:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Talent Profile Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for curating and updating employee profiles to effectively showcase their skills and experiences to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to aligning candidate profiles with client needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:

1. Microsoft and Azure Administration:

• Manage and administer Microsoft server environments, including Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Windows Server.
• Implement and maintain Azure cloud services, ensuring robustness, scalability, and adherence to best practices.

• Design and deploy enterprise-level infrastructure solutions aligned with business needs and industry standards.
• Develop systems architecture supporting high availability and disaster recovery strategies.

• Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Optimize Azure infrastructure components for performance and cost-efficiency.

• Implement security measures to safeguard systems, data, and networks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Provide escalated technical support and troubleshooting for system issues.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve complex technical challenges promptly.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance team knowledge on new technologies and processes.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• At least bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any engineering discipline.
• 4-6 years of experience in a Senior Systems Engineer or similar role, focusing on Microsoft technologies and Azure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft server environments (Active Directory, Exchange Server, Windows Server).
• Hands-on experience with Azure services (Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Active Directory, Azure Networking, Azure Security).
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCSA) and Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect).
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
