Senior Software Engineer

What you’ll be doing:

• Embark on a journey through the entire development process, showcasing your prowess in building and leading software development teams
  
• Shape and refine programs based on recommendations and design flow charts, introducing necessary changes that breathe life into your projects
  
• Take the helm in identifying, tracking, managing, and ultimately conquering project issues and risks
  
• Illuminate the path forward by proactively disseminating project information to stakeholders, ensuring everyone is on the same page
  
• Uphold the sacred standard of quality, ensuring that our solutions meet and exceed expectations
  
• Be the guardian of project scope, skillfully managing it and seeking approval for any changes that arise along the way
  
• Define and collect metrics that provide a panoramic view of project progress and deliverable excellence
  
• Command the technical delivery stage, navigating through complex technical aspects of product releases
  
• Lead and actively participate in the design and development of software applications using .NET technologies, with an unwavering commitment to code quality, performance, and maintainability
  
• Shine as a mentor to junior developers, offering sage technical guidance, and harmoniously collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions of the highest caliber
  
• Ensure ISO compliance, and CMMI processes guidelines observance
  

What you’ll bring along:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably in BCS/BS. Master’s degree will be preferred
  
• 6 plus years of experience and remarkable track record in the relevant industry
  
• A profound understanding of .NET, serving as your technological compass
  
• A taste for innovation, evident through your experience with at least one JavaScript Framework (AngularJS/Angular, React, or Knockout.js)
  
• A robust grasp of Microsoft SQL Development, as you're no stranger to its intricacies
  
• Basic software architecture skills and the unique ability to oversee every technical facet of a product release
  
• A keen awareness of the ever-evolving landscape of web technologies
  
• A feather in your cap: experience with Azure or AWS Cloud services, a highly coveted skill
  
• An affinity for Agile methodologies, reflecting your adaptability and agility in the fast-paced world of software engineering
  
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, which are second to none
