Job Overview:


As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing SEO strategies for our website and digital platforms. Your goal will be to increase organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and contribute to our overall digital marketing success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, web development, and analytics, to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all areas of the business.


Key Responsibilities:


  • SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, increase search engine visibility, and improve rankings for targeted keywords.


  • On-Page Optimization: Conduct thorough on-page SEO audits, optimizing site structure, content, metadata, and other elements to improve overall site performance and user experience.


  • Keyword Research: Conduct advanced keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and integrate them into website content, blogs, landing pages, and other digital assets.


  • Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to optimize on-site content and ensure alignment with SEO goals. Ensure content is high-quality, keyword-optimized, and relevant to the target audience.


  • Link Building: Develop and execute white-hat link-building strategies to improve domain authority and drive quality backlinks to the website.


  • Technical SEO: Work closely with the web development team to ensure technical SEO elements are optimized, including site speed, mobile responsiveness, structured data, and crawl ability.


  • Performance Analysis: Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to track and report on SEO performance, traffic trends, keyword rankings, and other key metrics.


  • SEO Reporting: Provide regular performance reports, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


  • Competitor Analysis: Perform competitor analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in our SEO strategy.


  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure that strategies are current and effective.


  • Team Mentoring: Mentor and support junior SEO team members, providing guidance on best practices and offering support as needed.


Key Requirements:


  • 4 to 5 years of proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a similar role.


  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, tools, and best practices.


  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.


  • Experience with on-page and off-page optimization strategies, including content marketing and link-building.


  • Solid understanding of technical SEO elements like site speed optimization, mobile-first indexing, and structured data.


  • Ability to conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis.


  • Familiarity with website CMS (e.g., Word Press) and basic HTML/CSS.


  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with content, development, and marketing teams.


  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and use it to inform decisions.


  • Experience with ecommerce SEO (preferred but not required).


  • A results-oriented approach with a focus on KPIs and performance metrics.


  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


Desired Skills:


  • Experience in integrating SEO with other digital marketing channels.


  • Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).


  • Understanding of user experience (UX) design and its impact on SEO.


  • Familiarity with SEO tools for content optimization and site auditing.

Work Mode: Onsite - Full Time


Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi


Experience: 2-3 years


Days: Monday to Friday


Timing: 9am-6pm
