Senior Scrum Master

We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master with over 7 years of experience in managing agile projects across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring agile principles and practices are implemented effectively, facilitating team collaboration, and continuously driving improvements in product development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Scrum Master for multiple teams, ensuring proper use of agile practices and principles for efficient delivery of value to the customers.
  
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews).
  
• Remove impediments or guide the team to remove them by finding the right personnel to resolve issues.
  
• Help the team maintain a sustainable pace and ensure a focus on continuous improvement.
  
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks, helping the team improve on velocity, quality, and overall performance.
  
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-refined product backlog.
  
• Use Agile tools (such as JIRA) to track progress, generate reports, and ensure visibility for all stakeholders.
  
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team
  

• 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, managing agile projects across diverse teams.
  
• Proficient in Agile tools like JIRA (required) for managing backlogs, sprints, and progress tracking.
  
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is preferred.
  
• Ability to work effectively with remote and distributed teams.
