We are seeking a highly skilled certified Senior Salesforce Developer with a strong background in sales, service cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC) development and a proven track record in product development for the Salesforce AppExchange. Experience of Integrations using APIs or middleware.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on building and launching products on the Salesforce platform
Requirements
Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, specializing in sales, service cloud,marketing and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for solutions targeted for the Salesforce AppExchange, including app architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate closely with product management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define product vision, and prioritize features and enhancements.
Architect scalable and maintainable solutions that adhere to Salesforce development best practices, security standards, and platform limitations.
Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership, code reviews, and knowledge sharing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Stay updated on the latest Salesforce technologies, features, and trends, and leverage them to drive innovation and efficiency in product development.
Work closely with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of developed solutions, address any defects or issues, and ensure a smooth deployment process.
Collaborate with Salesforce ISV partners and participate in the Salesforce AppExchange security review and certification process for product listings.
Contribute to the overall technical architecture and roadmap for Salesforce solutions, providing recommendations for process improvements and optimizations.
